The ground rules for using this website, and what our quotes do and do not commit us to.
Prices shown here
The ranges on this site are typical ranges, published so you can judge roughly what a job costs before you call. They are not offers and they are not binding. The only price that binds us is the written quote we give you for your specific vehicle after we have looked at it — and that quote is what you pay unless you approve additional work.
Advice on this site
The descriptions of symptoms and causes here are general guidance to help you recognise a problem, not a diagnosis of your vehicle. Braking systems are safety-critical. If you have any doubt about whether your vehicle is safe to drive, do not drive it — call us or another qualified shop.
Workmanship and parts
Work we carry out is warranted against defects in our workmanship. Parts carry whatever warranty their manufacturer provides, which we will tell you about before fitting. Neither covers ordinary wear, damage from an accident, abuse, or a fault elsewhere in the vehicle that we were not asked to repair.
Mobile service
Mobile work depends on a safe place to do it. If we arrive and the surface is not safe to lift a vehicle on — soft ground, a slope, no room to work — we will tell you and we will not carry out the job there. We will always try to establish that in advance when you book.
Travel to you is charged by zone and is shown on your quote before you accept it. The fee is per visit rather than per vehicle. Work carried out at our Bloomsburg shop never carries a travel charge.
Bookings
Sending the enquiry form starts a conversation; it does not by itself confirm an appointment. A booking is confirmed when we tell you it is, by phone or email.
