Privacy notice
Short version: we collect what you type into the enquiry form, we use it to answer you, and we do not sell it or hand it to advertisers.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through the enquiry form — your name, phone number, email address if you give one, your town, your vehicle, and whatever you write in the description of the problem.
What we do not collect
This site runs no advertising trackers, no analytics pixels, no social media buttons and no third-party fonts or scripts. Nothing on the page is loaded from another company's server, so no other company learns that you visited. We do not use cookies for tracking.
The only thing stored on your device is your Display settings choice, which is kept in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it next time. It never leaves your device and we cannot see it.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, quote your job, book you in, and follow up about the work. That is all. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
Who else sees it
Our website host processes the form submission in order to deliver it to us, and our email provider stores the resulting message. Neither is permitted to use your information for their own purposes. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted within twelve months. Records relating to work we actually carried out are kept longer, because we need them for warranty, parts traceability and tax purposes.
Server logs
Like any website, ours sits behind a host that keeps short-term technical logs — IP address, time, page requested — for security and troubleshooting. These are not used to build a profile of you and are discarded on the host's own schedule.
Your choices

Children
This site is aimed at people booking vehicle repairs and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this notice changes we will update the date below. Material changes will be flagged on the site itself.
